Who We Are

Michael G. Strawser, Ph.D.

Located in Orlando, FL, I am an award-winning university professor, entrepreneur, and father of six with a passion for teaching, training, and helping others communicate more effectively. I founded Legacy Communication Training & Consulting, L.L.C., inspired by my father's entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to clear communication. From a young age, I watched him excel as a software developer and school finance expert while consistently prioritizing relationships and client communication. Following his example, I began my training journey at 18, helping CFOs strengthen their communication skills.

For nearly two decades, I have worked with individuals and organizations to improve message clarity, strengthen internal communication, and build healthier workplace communication cultures. I am also the founder of Equipped Ministries, L.L.C., a learning community dedicated to equipping pastors and ministry leaders with practical resources, training, and opportunities for professional and personal growth. Ernie Strawser

Ernie brings extensive experience in financial analysis, entrepreneurship, consulting, and education, with particular expertise in public school finance and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has focused on understanding complex challenges, developing practical solutions, and helping others apply knowledge in meaningful ways.

At Legacy Communication Training & Consulting, Ernie focuses on the continued development of LEAiM, a structured methodology for using artificial intelligence as an intellectual tool to strengthen critical thinking, challenge assumptions, improve decision-making, and communicate more effectively. His work reflects a commitment to helping individuals and organizations approach emerging technologies thoughtfully, strategically, and with purpose.
